For the first time, xt:Commerce 4 has a flexible and robust plugin concept for modules/expansion, Payment modules, dispatch modules and modules of any type (also for backend) can be installed and administered centrally over a plugin interface. *So-called hookpoints are link-in points and can be addressed by plugins in order to conduct codes here. The following advantages are decisive: The system code remains untouched by modules and plugins, so that changes on the shop code for installing a modules are no longer necessary.

The xt:Commerce 4 export manager is a strong tool with which it is possible to generate export files like product and order export automatically. Nearly all possible export sheets can be generated and exported in various formats. Single modules for every price comparison portal thus belong to the past. Per default, the definitions for all common price portals are available. Exports can be planned time scheduled.
